Bristol Salon Of Photography

The Bristol Salon of Photography is the UK’s largest international PDI exhibition, holding both FIAP and PSA patronage (ie accepted images will count towards FIAP and PSA accreditation).  The salon is accepting images across 4 categories – Open, Mono, Travel and Nature and the closing date is 26th January.  Full details are available at the Bristol Salon Website.

L&CPU Knock-Out Competition

It’s A Knock-Out

The 1st Set Subject competition was in the form of a Knock-Out and was held on Thursday 15th November, judged by Nick Hilton from Southport.  A large entry field was quickly whittled down until Nick was left with just two images, and in the end his wining image was Derwent Dawn by Carol Watson.  Carol also scored the highest total

2018 5-Way Battle

This year’s 5-Way Battle (a competition against 4 local clubs) was held at Bispham Community Centre on 10th Nov.  The competition was worn by Poulton, whilst LSAPS came a somewhat disappointing 4th place.
