As part of St. Annes On The Sea 150th Anniversary a celebration is taking place on 31st March , the day the town was first created, at St. Annes Parish Church. This will be followed by a procession at approx. 11:30am from the Church to the Parish Rooms opposite.

Youth Motocross Championship 2025
26th April 2025 – 27th April 2025
The ACU Fix Auto UK British Youth Motocross Championship 2025 is taking place at Preston Docks in Ashton-on-Ribble on April 26th and 27th.
This five-round series will feature 250 riders aged six and up, competing in various classes. The event includes free practice, qualifying, and two races each day.
Hosted at Preston Docks in Wallend Road, in Ashton-on-Ribble, on Saturday (26 April) and Sunday (27 April), top motocross contenders are battling to become British Champion.
Spectators are “more than welcome” to purchase wristbands available to buy on the front gate.
