AGM Timescales

The 2025 AGM will be held on 10th July. To prepare for the meeting, Members should be aware of the following timescales:-

• If you wish to raise a proposal that could result in a changes to the Constitution, it must be notified to the Club Secretary by 12th June.
• If you wish to raise a non-constitutional item to be discussed at the AGM, it must be notified to the Club Secretary by 26th June.
• If you wish to stand for election onto the Council, you must complete your application by 26th June. Your application must be supported by a second member.

Forms for AGM proposals and Council nominations and seconding can be found on the website under Members Only –> Club Organisation –> Council Nominations And AGM Form.

Once all inputs are received, the Annual Report and AGM agenda will be published on the website on 26th June.
