2026 President’s Challenge

The subject of the 2026 President’s Challenge is The Railway. This covers any aspect of  railways or underground railways, eg London underground and Liverpool Mersey rail, but not trams. Images can be anything to do with railways, including buildings, people, rolling stock, any paraphernalia seen on platforms, stations or lineside.

Photos must have been taken between September 2025 and the competition closing date of 31st May 2026 and not entered in any other LSAPS competition. There are no restrictions on image editing – ie straight camera JPEGS, edited Raw images or composites are allowed. The Uploader will open approximately 4 weeks before the closing date, accessed via the standard competition link from the Members Page. Entry is restricted to 1 image per member and standard LSAPS image requirements apply (maximum 1600 x 1200 pixels, srgb colour space, JPG format).
