I’ve always had a love and appreciation for photography but never really done anything about it until 2020. I saved up and finally bought myself a DLSR in the beginning of 2020. Not knowing what the next steps were, I found myself an online course, which lasted 12 months. This was quite handy as lockdown has just started and the course filled the time perfectly. After the course finished, I explored a few genres of photography and entered some local competitions which I have been successful in and have also had some photos featured in the Blackpool Gazette.
In 2022, I thought it was time to join a camera club and found LSAPS. It was a great decision, as the club has lots to offer, and I have also made several friends since joining. It’s a great place to be around like-minded people who share the same passion.
