Photoshow Door Duty

Once again we require the support of LSAPS members to perform door duty during Photoshow. We also require volunteers to Open and Close the hall each day and these duties have been added to the table below.

To sign up for Door Duty or Open/Close Duty, simply click on an available date below and confirm your booking. After booking, all your booked slots will appear below the calendar, so you can see all your bookings in one place and you can cancel a booking if necessary. Your bookings will also appear on the Members Home Page.

Open/Close responsibilities are:-

• Unlock/Lock the hall.
• Assist in putting out and taking in the A-boards and banner.
• Switch on/off the TV Slideshow and music.
• On closing – ensure all documents are locked in the filing cabinet and take away any collection money, but don’t spend it – give it to the Treasurer!
