The Bob Robinson Trophy
The first external Competition of the season is the Bob Robinson Trophy for the L&CPU and is open to Club members with no current photographic accreditation.
This year the L&CPU are looking to promote the printed image.
- Entries to be Unmounted Prints.
- Images can be printed by the entrant or commercially printed.
- Print size to be either A4 or A3.
- An image (or one significantly similar) must not have been entered into any previous L&CPU Bob Robinson Trophy competition.
- Images entered must be entirely the work of the photographer.
- A maximum of 2 prints per entrant, up to a maximum of 20 prints per club.
- Each print is to be supported by a PDI image (Jpeg format in sRGB Colour space) within 1600px (Horizontal) and 1200px (Vertical) and must be < 2Mb in size. Please load digital copies to the Bob Robinson Trophy Uploader.
I will be be curating the entry of the club so please hand-in all entries to Simon Ray by Thursday 26th September to enable the entries to be collated. Note that if we (our club) have a large entry, it may be necessary to internally select some entries. However, we will endeavour to make sure every entrant will be represented in this competition and, if selection is required, the process and criteria will be explained.
The prints will be judged by a panel of 3 judges on 13th October 2024 and awards will be given for Best image and the individual judges choice.
